Questions to ask a supplier
- Can I see a physical sample of this finish and tape colour?
- Do the teeth, slider and puller come from the same production line, or are they bought in?
- My product gets washed. Have you tested this finish in washing?
- I sell in Europe. Can a test report for nickel release be arranged?

What to prepare before asking for a quote
For an accurate quote, state the size, type, length, end type, finish and tape colour together. The order guide has a ready template. Test the sample with your own fabric, because colours and finishes on screen can differ from what you see in hand.
